Terms
- 25% non-refundable deposit and a letter of confirmation is required as confirmation of your booking
- Prices are subject to change contact us for a detailed quotation
- It is the clients responsibility to provide adequate insurance for any hired equipment
- For wedding and large functions we require ten days notice of final numbers. We require confirmation of any vegetarian or special dietary requirements at this point
- Our prices are based on minimum of 75 guests, for functions less than 75 we reserve the right to alter our prices
- Hot menus are based on the assumption that adequate cooking facilities are available. Additional charges are made for the hire of portable kitchens.
- Marquee functions require a service tent for catering facilities
- Crockery and silverware hire is available at an additional cost
- Mileage charged over 20 miles @ 40p per mile
